I used a certain very popular, round phone grip for years before deciding to try something new. While I definitely liked that product, I have arthritis, and over time started to find that the way I had to hold my phone was causing me joint paint. When I went in search of something different to try, I researched basically everything out there, read dozens of reviews, and decided I'd give the LoveHandle Pro a try this time around. I bought this bundle because I knew I would want a car mount and thought the option to switch to the cloth strap might be nice in case the silicone feel wasn't for me.
Well, it turns out I love the soft feel of the silicone, and I'm loving that it keeps its shape and doesn't stretch out. I also love that I can stand my phone both vertically and horizontally, as standing it vertically wasn't great with my previous phone grips. I've also fallen in love with the magnet and find myself sticking my phone to things like the refrigerator or my bathroom's metal light switch covers just for fun because it keeps it at eye level while I'm doing things. I've also found the mechanics of the grip to be a fun thing to fidget with, but I'm trying not to do that too much because I want this to last as long as possible. It does feel really sturdy, though, so I may not need to be too worried about that.
The mount is also phenomenal, and in my opinion superior to the mount I had with my previous grip because it holds my phone still for me if I need to plug in the charger, if I hit a bump, etc. whereas the previous mount just allowed the grip to sit lightly within in rather than holding it still. The magnet is super strong, which has taken some getting used to but makes everything feel so secure.
If you're on the fence about trying the LoveHandle Pro because the reviews on some websites are mixed, I would encourage you to note that the majority of the negative reviews are regarding the designs peeling off of the versions that aren't a solid color. Of course, that's a genuine thing to be bothered by if you're looking for something with a design, but if you're looking at one of the solid options, those negative reviews are probably not relevant to your search. I do hope LoveHandle improves the durability of the designs in the future though, as I'd love to try switching out different straps if I can trust them to last.
