Because LoveHandle accessories are built for convenience and constant use, they naturally experience wear over time. Our goal is to create durable, long-lasting products that enhance your mobile experience while maintaining a balance between functionality and longevity.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is in place to protect you against manufacturing defects, ensuring you receive a product that meets our quality standards. Since LoveHandle products are designed to handle frequent, everyday use, some signs of wear over time are natural and to be expected. This doesn’t mean your product isn’t doing its job—it’s proof that it’s been by your side, helping you maintain a secure and reliable grip on your device.

If your product arrives damaged or is compromised during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date to qualify for a replacement. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe will be considered normal product use.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the performance or functionality of your LoveHandle product. We have strict quality control measures in place, but in the rare instance that a defect is present, we will gladly provide a replacement of the same or an equivalent product that meets our standards.

If the product you purchased is no longer available, we will work with you to provide a comparable alternative.

While LoveHandle products are designed for durability and everyday use, certain conditions are not covered under this warranty. These include:

 • Accidental damage: This includes damage caused by drops, mishandling, children, or pets.

 • Loss or theft: Unfortunately, we cannot replace products that are lost or stolen.

 • General wear and tear: Minor scuffs, scratches, stretching, or material softening that naturally occurs with regular use.

 • Peeling of the silicone strap design after 90 days: Due to the nature of the silicone printing process, gradual wear of the strap design from consistent stretching and use is expected over time.

 • Damage from drops: While LoveHandle products are designed to help you maintain a secure grip, dropping your device can still cause damage. In particular, dropping the LoveHandle PRO may result in the built-in kickstand breaking, which is considered accidental damage and not covered under warranty.

 • Discoloration beyond 30 days of purchase: Lighter-colored materials may gradually change in appearance due to regular exposure to everyday elements. Additionally, fabric dyes (such as from denim or other dyed materials) may rub off and stain LoveHandle products, which is considered normal wear and tear.

 • Peeling or other finish-related issues after one year: Normal aging of the product’s finish due to prolonged use.

 • Intentional modifications: Any alterations, such as cutting, ripping, or tampering with any part of the product, will void the warranty.

LoveHandle products are designed to keep up with your lifestyle, but as with anything used daily, visible signs of wear are natural over time. While we stand by the quality of our products, this warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects—not the expected effects of everyday use.
