I watched the tutorial videos to make sure I removed and installed everything correctly.

I love it I use it for my golf cart. I lost my phone a couple of times riding in the golf cart, but now it is securely attached to this magnet. No matter how fast I am going or how many bumps I hit, my phone stays attached to the magnet.
